I believe them when they say that. II-VI has partnerships with Sumitomo Electric and GE. That is where component growth will be in the near term. Anything beyond that will take time. When it comes time to expand, unlike everyone else in SiC II-VI doesn't really need to build a fab. They have space at Sherman TX and Newton Aycliffe UK. Most of the materials fab in Easton PA is subleased out until they need it. Epi fab in Champaign IL was just expanded a couple of years ago.

Here is II-VI's capacity expansion guidance. We are definitely in the early innings of the SiC story. The only question is how much the stocks have discounted.
