If this case were before the Roberts' Court he'd wait until Trump is a corpse and then rule the case is moot, just as he did with the emoluments clause and impeachment lawsuits.

Roberts spends more time defending the criminals in his party than defending the Constitution.

Oh hell no, I want him able to run again and keep the Dems worried for four more years. He did not do anything wrong and I was hoping for four more years of his leadership - never mind the lousy personality.
