Our situation is much simpler than this. We are the first company to fall under the 2017 amended mining laws. There was a shuffle of power in that amendment, some do not want to give up the power they had and some do not want extra responsibility with no increase in manpower. During that changeover the Liberals were tossed and the CAQ acquired a new system that was NOT yet functional. So we limp through the new rules as COVID hits which complicated things even further.
