Bob, IMO Mork admitted that he wanted to halt the stock because he was short not because of a brochure, but what Zappara did. IMO, trying to trash RMIL by all the means he supposedly has employed has hurt the shareholders IMO. Why do you think he put in an addendum to sue from 1 to 50 shareholders in his suit for trying to increase the stock price. Why do you defend a person who would sue shareholders, nice to have this guy around hey! Bob. Bob weren't you posting on SI at that time on the OVIS thread, just think you could have been one of the Lucky's 50. As to what the court will do, I guess they will have to decide as to the merit of it all. But I can have my views on what I know has taken place so far. dj
