consumer spending biz.yahoo.com check out consumer saving..lowest in 60 years Globe reported that Peter Munk said something to the effect that Germany,France and Italy weren't planning on selling gold.. can anybody find the original article? ps..I have had this wild theory that the market is like a musical composition and biotechs rallying would signal a top..with the drug mergers (loss of more drugs and probably higher pricing for consumers down the road..but great for shareholders and the market)..the drug dealers might start buying out biotechs...then biotechs would rally.. good sign that xau is up last time I looked..fingers crossed
