Worswick, thanks a lot for coming back on Indians depositing money in Arabian banks. BTW, we do have a brach of Arab Bank here in Zurich also (no surprise). And another note, with some of the Swiss private banks like Lobard Odier or Pictet, it has recently become chic to have special investment vehicles targeted at the muslim clientele in that they invest in "muslim acceptable" ways or companies (no booze, no MO, no Seagram, no Tadiran, I guess <g>) as one issue seems to center about demanding interest as being unethic for a Muslim. Please don't ask me any details, it's just that I read a feature story about these new initiatives targeted at affluent Islamic people. Thoams
