If you were an insider who needed to diversify a little, would you sell your shares now, before they even go public and hardly anyone has even heard of Level 3, or later, after they've hyped the IPO stock to the heavens?

As a buyer(us)would you want to purchase shares before they hype the stock(and IPO price) to the heavens, or after?

It's probably not quite this simple, but....... I feel pretty comfortable being an "insider" owning shares along with the employees and officers. For once(for most of us), we can be on the selling side of an IPO.
