in such an outcome the temporary carbon foot-printing cost might do enough forever good to more than offset / compensate

As in wars, the winners write the history with enthusiasm, and should BTC overpower fiat, the last chapter would gush about how humans were saved by a mathematics algorithm invented by satoshi-san

I do guess that the ultimate end of BTC would be nothingness, but BTC shall survive at least a few fiat currencies

In the case of its champions, they might astutely walk off with the truegold by an agile exit of bitgold, in good time

For example, Mr Michael Saylor can walk away with DRD Gold tailing operation, unleverage gold bank, by slicing off 1/10 of what he gained by engagement w/ BTC
