Haim, you forgot to mention water,, let it roll off your tongue w a t e r, savour it , protect it , take it straight from well ,, the good well ,, the protected well,, if you can ,,with all its trace elements!! Put to rest this foolish inefficient notion of gleaning hydrogen from it. :+)
