Where I live the only thing I fear is the old lady across the street who steals my mail. She also thinks two orphans live in the house and always leaves money at Christmas so they can fly home and see their kin. My friends call her Grandma Dynamite.

Oh yes. When you see Chester Co. PA, think Mainline old money types.
A recent real estate hot spot is called Chester Springs, further out
on the Mainline from Devon (horse show), etc.
Rte. 30 if memory serves me.
