I read both of those stories. I have no idea if it's truthful or not. (The thought of it, is HORRIFYING!)

But if it is, is it possible for a drone to be sent to a target and actually fire a bullet at it?

See or watch how many Secret Service attend the "Hearing conference" 2/19/2021. If it's only 1-3 maybe not for sure. Any more than 3, then the Chapter 4 quote by Melania supports what you suggest.
