MORE EVIDENCE HARVARD IS A JOKE.

After Getting His Ass Handed to Him by a Philly Personal Injury Attorney – Harvard-Trained Raskin Compares Republicans to Cult Members at Dulles Airport

By Jim Hoft
Published February 14, 2021 at 12:30pm

Trump attorney Michael Van der Veen is the founder of the Philadelphia law firm and is best known for his local radio ads in Philadelphia.

Van der Veen specializes in personal injury and has led a number of high-profile cases.

On Friday and Saturday Michael van der Veen destroyed the House Impeachment managers and their pile of lies and fraudulent evidence they used in their case against President Donald Trump.

Van der Veen came up with the win against the Democrat team led by lying hack Jamie Raskin.

Following his historic loss, Rep. Raskin told reporters the loss was actually a win.
Then he accused Republicans of being a cult.

What a ‘class’ act! His behavior is even more disgusting, and detrimental to our society, because he taught constitutional law to students for 25 years.

Raskin knows a thing or two about constitutional law—after all, he taught the subject for more than 25 years as a professor at American University’s Washington College of Law. Now a professor emeritus, Raskin also taught courses about the legislative process and political rhetoric.

It is evident that his main focus is on deceit and rhetoric and not on respecting our Constitution.

Via The Washington Times:

“If we had charged dereliction of duty, [Republicans] would have said, ‘That’s not an impeachable offense. You’ve got to deal with that within the military system. The president is not bound by the code of universal military justice, the Uniform Code of Military Justice,’ and so on,” Mr. Raskin said. “You can always come up with a lawyer’s argument to get to where you want to go.”
Mr. Raskin added that he had no regrets and said the Republicans who voted not to convict acted “like members of a religious cult [who], when they leave office, should be selling flowers at Dulles Airport.”

LARA TRUMP - SOON TO BE SENATOR. THANK YOU TRAITOR BURR.

Graham: Lara Trump is biggest winner of impeachment trial

BY DOMINICK MASTRANGELO - 02/14/21 01:40 PM EST
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) predicted former President Trump's daughter-in-law Lara Trump will benefit from his second acquittal in an impeachment trial this weekend.

"The biggest winner of this whole impeachment trial is Lara Trump," Graham said on "Fox News Sunday." "My dear friend Richard Burr, who I like and have been friends to a long time, just made Lara Trump almost the certain nominee for the Senate seat in North Carolina to replace him if she runs, and I certainly will be behind her because she represents the future of the Republican Party.”

Burr, a Republican who is retiring, voted to convict former President Trump on Saturday on the sole article of inciting an insurrection on the U.S. Capitol earlier this year.

"The evidence is compelling that President Trump is guilty of inciting an insurrection against a coequal branch of government and that the charge rises to the level of high Crimes and Misdemeanors," Burr said in a statement Saturday. "Therefore, I have voted to convict."

The North Carolina GOP hours later condemned Burr, aligning itself with the former president.

"North Carolina Republicans sent Senator Burr to the United States Senate to uphold the Constitution and his vote today to convict in a trial that he declared unconstitutional is shocking and disappointing," the party chairman said.

The state's other Republican senator, Thom Tillis, narrowly won reelection in 2020 and voted to acquit the former president.

Sunday shows - Trump acquittal in second impeachment trial... Graham: Trump 'mad at some folks' but 'ready to move on'

A poll taken late last year showed Lara Trump as the favorite among possible Republican primary candidates to fill Burr's vacant seat. She is married to the former president's son Eric and was a top surrogate for both his 2016 and 2020 campaigns.

Graham, a leading Trump loyalist in the Republican caucus, also said on Sunday that Congress has "opened a Pandora’s box to future presidents" and "abused" the model of the legislative branch's check on the executive branch.

"I don’t know how [Vice President] Harris doesn’t get impeached if the Republicans take over the House because she actually bailed out rioters, and one of the rioters went back to the streets and broke somebody’s head open," Graham said in an apparent reference to protests for social justice that took place over the summer.

WOW: Lindsey Graham Suggests Kamala Harris Could Be Impeached When GOP Retakes House

In the wake of the Democrat’s second failed attempt to impeach and remove President Trump, Lindsey Graham, in an appearance of Fox News Sunday, said that Democrats have now opened Pandora’s Box, and that by the standard they’ve set, Kamala Harris has met their requirement for impeachment.

“The trial record was a complete joke,” Senator Graham said. “Hearsay on top of hearsay, and we’ve opened Pandora’s Box for future presidents and if you use this model, I don’t know how Kamala Harris doesn’t get impeached if Republicans take over the House because she actually bailed out rioters, and more of the rioters went back to the streets and broke somebody’s head open, so we’ve opened Pandora’s Box here, and I’m sad for the country.”

Senator Graham was referring to Kamala Harris promoting the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF), which raised $35 million dollars in the wake of George Floyd riots.

If you’re able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota. t.co

— Kamala Harris (@KamalaHarris) June 1, 2020

At least 13 staffers on Biden’s campaign posted on Twitter about their donations to the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which opposes the concept of cash bail, and uses donations to pay bail fees in Minneapolis. In addition to paying for the bail of rioters, according to a local news report
, MFF also “bailed out defendants from Twin Cities jails charged with murder, violent felonies, and sex crimes.” In July, the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF) paid the bail of a man accused of sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl, allowing him to get out of jail, according to court records obtained by the Daily Caller.

Kamala Harris also joked about killing President Trump, Vice-President Pence or Attorney General Jeff Sessions back in 2018, during an appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show.
DeGeneres had been asking Harris a series of random questions from cards, when she came to the question “If you had to be stuck in an elevator with either President Trump, Mike Pence, or Jeff Sessions, who would it be?”

“Does one of us have to come out alive?” Harris asked, clearly alluding to her wanting to kill whichever one she chose.

Kamala’s joke normalized and trivialized political violence. But Donald Trump, who told his supporters to march peacefully to the Capitol, was impeached for “inciting violence.” Lindsey Graham is correct that by the Democrats’ own standard, the Republican majority would be justified in impeaching Kamala Harris.

Whether they actually would do so is a separate question altogether.
