There is also empirical evidence that the immunity lasts much longer (some people believe up to 10 years, but that assumes the mutations remain benign).

If CV19 immunity was short lived, then given the millions of people who got it, by now we would have a long list of people who got it twice. But that list is pretty short. So for most people the immunity lasts at least a year.
