Fortunately, I wasn't going to trade this morning anyway... I just made a test order through Telemaster, and it worked fine. The speech recognition does work nice. As we all know, and I'm not making any excuses for Etrade, one must be familiar with all resources in this not perfect internet world..and I learned Telemaster for my own protection long ago... I sure hope that this breakdown today was not because of high volume. If this is the case, then all bets are off with Etrade.
