Re <<silver>>

exchange of e-mails amongst the Boyz, and W in Koh Samui having ridden 20M of BTC to 103M, extracted capital return by selling 1K of 3.6+K coins, and now the residual 2.6+K coins worth north of 135M, and all the while he was locked-down / trapped on Koh Samui unable / unwilling to return to HK. Yes, he is also in material amounts of 0941.HK, silver, SBER (Bank of Russia), and of course, also gold, etc etc

All reminds me of Pet.com but of course I do not have enough bitcoin and its derivatives, even as I had a ringside seat and week after week prognosis all through 2020 from the get-go. Go figure :0)

Believe he means Microstrategy. But comments valid. Interesting BOT (algo) capability. ETH blockchain capability gaining in network acceptance. LTC should do well as “digital silver” and may surpass BTC in payments. BTC will increasingly become a liquid savings vehicle. I do not expect wide usage in payments even as acceptance broadens.

Blockchain will do for the financial economy what internet did for real economy.Despite exponential price rise I expect significant further gains in BTC, ETH, LTC, and Monero, possibly THETA too. Maybe 3rd inning of 9 inning game.

From my friend:

Yep. Deep into discussions with financing and strategics. Growth. Etc. We aren’t too worried about the BTC price, just the volumes on exchanges. BTC price is driven more by supply and demand. 18.6MM of 21MM ever to be made. Many people are holding. So no supply and lots of demand. So when micro trends buys 250MM, they had to do 4,000 trades. Think about the average price for that treasury person. So BTC price is not a great measure of the health of the market. Check out last 24 hour spot volume on the exchanges on crypto market cap’s website. Binance. FTX. OKcoin. Gemini. All coming onto Bosonic. Some doing lots of test trades. Others just connecting. So that micro trend buy. $250MM. 20K BTC. Took them 5-6 weeks to fill that order. We could do it in a few hours. 1/500th of the fees. We have the best aggregated liquidity in the market. Think Bitcoin has “won”. I think the offshoots (ETH. Wrapped alt coins) will dominate consumer finance.
