HD - while we're focusing on real estate, let's take a look at a retailer that will continue to be a primary beneficiary of the RE boom. The stock's bullish formation has 2 primary drivers, a Quad-Forks set-up that will propel the stock to 417 minimum, and a recent upside break out from a 2 year megaphone pattern, which targets 386. My guess is it gaps up to and trades at 417 in after hours upon its May or at the latest August earnings report, so make sure you have after hours access. Next earnings is Feb 23.

HGX - what makes FAR more sense, than a final high at 596, is a power move to 1180, as this index completes its own Quad Forks run. If you're a home-moaner, get ready to be paid, along with the Fed and all the hedge funds who now own well over 40% of the housing stock. Zillow exiting the home flipping business was the contrary indicator we wanted to see to confirm that home prices are sitting on a literal powder keg about to go off.
