I would estimate .02 for taxes, leaving .09. That would be acceptable.

Be careful out there.

Andrew, I am glad that they now have an IR person to contact in house. I feel better having someone else to call besides Ira. I really have felt a little uncomfortable taking up his time. He has a lot of other things to do. In my opinion, this is a smart move.

Baring something unusual in their financials, such as NOLs, I would expect a tax rate of approximately 39%-40% which includes their federal and state tax provision. This would leave about 6.6 cents per share. I am disturbed that Ira is telling investors to expect 11 cents which is a before tax number. This is not how it's done IRA. Can you imagine if Micrsoft told shareholders and analysts to expect $5 per share and then released earnings of $3 (after tax)?

Gee, the earnings estimates fall again -- what a surprise. I expect the apologies to be flooding my way soon.

<<<The .11 eps figrure is NET BEFORE TAXES, according to IRA. The audited financials from the accountants will be out any day--they are working on it.

As far as gross margins, net margins, etc., there was no direct answer->>>>

It appears Ira DOESN'T know how to figure earnings after all. I was also very surprised that Ira now claims that permanent placement makes up $2.5 million of the total revenues, and NOT the approximately $1.3 million he told me a few weeks ago. Amazing. Oh well, whatever he can get people to believe.

Be prepared for more hocus pocus as Ira tries to keep the stock up and borrow $12 million on it.

Wow, any more "negativity" from me and Ira might be forced to tell everyone what is really going on.

Still digging,
L.E.

Just wanted to check in and say goodbye to all. I have lost interest here and my best instincts tell me that something is less than kosher. I most sincerely hope that I am wrong, and I wish you all the best of luck.
