Of course not, I know many people that don't know how to get on line.....most of the seniors I know....... A few years back I volunteered to teach seniors how to use a PC and the internet....did it for 3 years....

I also notice that on these RW threads you and others don't know what racism means.....

You're taking his words out of context. Over 1/3 of blacks don't have broadband (Aug 2020). He's referring to a simple problem which needs to be addressed. It may sound overreaching but he's absorbing more in a few weeks than Trump absorbed in four years.
