I now get the Rightline Split Report because I want to learn more about trading. R. Perry always brings a simple fact that has taken a long time to get into my brain. No matter how good the fundamentals of a group may be, you cannot fight the trend of the market and market sentiment. He is very bullish on the oil service/drill segment of the market for the long term, but right now market sentiment is against this segment. This is important to remember. Also, was wanting to ask you, have you ever used MarketEdge and their Second Opinion and if you have, what do you think of it? Thanks for all your levelheaded commentary on this thread.

Hi Thean,
I'll email our friend Glen. Looked at his stock and it is holding its own. Hasn't broken any bottoms and in fact is still creating higher bottoms. Good sign. I don't see too many sell signals in this group. Stocks are down but not hitting the lows. More good news. It will just take some time.
Optional bullish percent reversed up which is usually a precurser to the NYSE bullish percent. I imagine todays action reversed up the NYSEBP. This would indicate a rally in the market. Oil service sector BPOILS is holding as well. I'll check the percentages later today.

All the best,

Jan
