Apparently others see a buy here too, 30,000 share trade @ 1 7/8 and ask moved up to 1 15/16 on amex - Phil of course is 2.

Very good observations, Matt.

It's really starting to look 'downtown and glitter'.

Also, ref. some postings quite some time ago, I can confirm from my own experience that once a tempest approval is achieved with NSA, ... well, let's just say it has positive implications for the company. No guarantee, but a very good factor.
