Ted, looks worth pursuing further, these ADR companies are very hard to value, I would also have a concern about finding enough shares to short. You dont need to have the convert below par, its better, also you want the premium as low as possible. You could even try a 80% hedge which based on pre,ium might protect you on the up side. The debenture is a listed debenture (SBTVG) so I have just taken a fast look but I dont see any real negatives, only concerns are what I mentioned above. Scott
