I take it you think calendar Q1 means not much to the stock?

This run up seems to me as well as in anticipation of the split. Running the price up before the split as you said. But what I don't understand is the lack of fundamentals. This quarter is not expected to be good for any companies with Asian exposure. So either I'm missing something on the fundamentals or this is trully a major momentum play. If its a momentum play then it hasn't got legs.

Have you seen this before with MSFT?

How about if they release W98 outside the US? I wonder what the market is? I wonder of the DOJ has any effect over there? Would a restraining order apply to overseas markets? What makes you think that $160 is oversold? I agree that there will be some profit taking for those that want to 'lock in gains', but I would expect them to re-enter on the 'dip'. Frankly, while I expect the dip, it wouldn't supprise me if one of these times, it doesn't occur! Have to wait and see!
