Medcram showed scientific evidence that saunas have measurable benefits to your immune system. Cold showers too. We should be encouraging healthy behavior not putting up barriers to it.

I would be interested to see what you think when humanized H5N1 is the virus. You apparently don't know that it's mortality would be 70% instead of the 2% for current wuflu.

This is just a little training course for the real thing.

You won't be getting in a sauna with half a dozen strangers.

Went to my gym yesterday,.... People are tired of this, and pretty much over it. Civil disobedience seems to be the only recourse, IMO.

Our gym and pool (private 55+ development) is open but still won't allow showers. (sauna is also still closed and empty) They even removed the shower heads to enforce the ban even though soap and water has been stated as the best defense for 1 year now.

People are brining in their own inexpensive shower heads and screwing them on for showers, me included.
