Total Shares: 11.5 million Outstanding : 8.5 million Currently in the acquisition mode. Announcement to come very shortly. Financing has been retained for upcoming announcement. They are still receiving income on previous sale of "floating casino." Full reporting of finances due by end on month. The acquisitions are in the Houston area and South Florida....sounds very promising. Investor relations rep. says they are getting back to CEO's area of expertise. Management team has been in place for several years. Company has been a public entity since 1994. What really peaked my interest is their understanding of the common stockholders interest in the company. The management is very open to investor opinion and comment. I was just on the phone with them and came away very impressed. This is not hype! Call them for your own piece of mind!!
