I have always given Ira the benefit of the doubt. Until now. EPS is net income BEFORE taxes? According to who? Every LEGITIMATE company refers to EPS AFTER taxes; otherwise they would say "EBIT" or Earnings Before Interest and Taxes.

Ira is backpedaling like you read about. He has stated in press release and in conference calls that he expects an EPS anywhere between .10-.12 cents. Now he saying that its before taxes? Give me a break!! (Ira if your reading this, give me a call. I DO have some time to give you a schooling on EPS calculations).

Now this is starting to make sense. Heck, math really DOES work!! Folks, I don't think this EPS slide is over. Next, is he going to tell us that this is before depreciation and he has been capitalizing expenses that he shouldn't have.

IMO, don't be surprised with an EPS of .01-.03. And please don't stick up for Ira - he has been purposely misleading you. (I know someone on this board will say that even at 0.03 EPS, FAMH is undervalued. Face it, he has lost all credibility and cannot be trusted. I rather invest in a company that has a PEG ratio 2 and is honest with their investors than invest in a company that has a PEG ration of .5 and misleads them.)

This is my two cents and is my opinion.
