Your arguments ignore the fact that by all accounts Iran was abiding by the agreement, and it was working. Trump nixed it because it was an Obama initiative....confirming to the world that the US couldn't be trusted to keep it's agreements. The agreement was terrible. It effectively allowed them to develop nuclear weapons over roughly the same period of time as if there were no agreement. Abiding by the agreement took them 90% to a nuclear state, after which they could complete the rest in secrecy. The US didn’t make an agreement. That was Barack Obama's agreement and the US did not support it. The Iranians were out on notice, loudly and clearly, that if they wanted a binding agreement it MUST take the form of a treaty. Tom Cotton smartly and publicly put that out front: the United States is NOT bound without the agreement of Congress. That still applies, and as soon as Democrats are out of office any president will undo what Biden does in this regard. Why do you want these people, who have declared they will kill all the people of Israel, to have nuclear weapons? Can you explain that?
