Here is some of that restructuring data:

In September 1996, the Company implemented a restructuring plan that resulted in the elimination of twenty positions, mostly from the research organization. The amount of termination benefits accrued and charged to restructuring costs in the statement of operations for the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 1996 was $273,000.
