The trading I outlined was not necessarily done by insiders. These were investors from the public I assume. Insider trading I get from Kaiser's internet site. The trading information came from Canada Trust's internet site. Regarding who sold stock on January 30/98. I would not know the reason. The selling has not continued today thus far. Anyway, it is too late to sell now for a profit, that should have been done in Sept.96 when distribution was clearly identified. Now investors should concern themselves of whether to buy or not. Maybe impatience played a part or lack of news from the company contributed somewhat. Leonas Labenskas
