I started following Taibbi around 2009 at the time of the ACA. I don’t often agree with him but he is consistently, brutally honest. I likened him the other day to Christopher Hitchens, who was one of the few who has occupied a similar spot. Honest, liberal journalists are almost impossible to find.

A lot of the problem seems to be arrogance—just the idea that liberals are above the rest of us—which is annoying but not surprising. It is how y’all think.
