Of course. Then they'll want triple masks, forced vaccines, mandatory tracking/tracing, new city-wide quarantines, travel restrictions, rationing, the works. It's a quite possible near future. They can take it anywhere they want it to go now, pretty much effortlessly. Probably best to be mentally prepared for anything at any time at this point.
