George,

The XAL is still showing weakness. It was at the highs at 702 when the DOW was at 130 range this morning. Now we are settin intraday highs on the DOW, up 180 and the XAL up only to 699.

The price of crude, as it was today is falling, and should retest the low (TECHNICAL DELAYED DIP), before moving back up in a more steadily fashion. This retest should take only a few more days, before turning back up.

As for the OSX, I feel that the 92-93 support area should hold but it may need some help with the price of CRUDE not to drop more. If the overall market corrects soon it should also bring down the OSX unless CRUDE moves up at the same time.

I would wait to get into the OSX, but the XAL may be a good play.

My cahrts are not up so, I have to calculate that the buy-in day will be tomorrow. There is a chance that the market may sell-off some at the end of today, but the better probability is with tomorrow

George,

If the DOW is up 200-250 around 3 PM, I may play some intraday PUTS. If it gets that high the XAL should be near its highs again at 702

George,

Just noticed that the DRUG index is 9 points off its highs already while the DOW is setting new intraday highs.
