I can answer for him. i-node is on record saying that he doesn't believe everyone should have the right to vote cuz people that disagree with his far right stances clearly aren't intelligent enough to use that right correctly.

It isn't intentional. The last week has been trying, although we may have our water back tomorrow. So, I do what I can.

We all have to respond to what we see as the more substantive items. I believe I've been clear in my comments on the election: The MO of the theft was mail-in voting and there will never be fraud proved. So, nothing rises to the level of importance of the stolen mail-in vote.

As to what he's won, are you wanting an itemization, or just commenting on the overall picture that he won some cases but still isn't president? I think it is clear that the victories at this point are hollow for him personally, but it gives him a great opportunity to run in 2024 if he chooses and relish undoing the damage created by Biden.

If Trump chooses to run and wins in 2024, it will not be a typical scenario. Democrats will be neutered in the process, having shown clear distinction between Trumpism and Democrat politics as usual.

Yesterday's Sct decision indicates the Court wants to take the long view and see whether the states work these problems out on their own. The Thomas dissent clarified it for doubters: The Court acknowledges the mess of mail-in voting, but simply doesn't want to be the "decider" at this time, hoping instead the states will act to prevent further problems. I do believe Thomas' comment on what might have been was way off the mark, but it does seem the political class has chosen not to bring into question the legitimacy of the Biden presidency. Even Rand Paul -- who wouldn't agree publicly that it wasn't stolen, has been willing to give Biden the benefit of the doubt.

I'm not wandering. I'm simply addressing the items I consider to be substantive. I try to be responsive to many posts, but there are a couple of us on one side of the issue and the rest of you are firing questions at us. We have to decide as best we can what to respond to.
