Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections.

The states make the rules for elections. Maybe the rest of the Justices remember that fact from civics class if not from reading the law.

I am long on record here as favoring everybody staying in their lanes. This is an example.

Thomas also said that it wouldn't have made a difference in this election, since not enough votes were disputed, even if they ALL were Trump votes. Gorsuch and Alito filed a separate dissent, and did not support Thomas's Trumpy dissent.

Has Thomas been to Mar a Lago yet? I'll bet Ginny would give him a BJ if he could swing that!
