Pocotrader, that's a dumb example, not every person of colour has smart phones, computers or lap tops. there are lots of poor white folk that don't have access to the internet either, You were defending Biden's claim that the "Hispanic and African-American community" don't have access to the Internet. Now you're trying to run away from that statement by talking about everyone, not just "every person of color," who don't have access to the Internet. There's a reason why Biden called out disadvantaged minorities and their supposed inability to go onto the Internet.
