Eventually. Right now, a lot of red states are trying to discourage it.

Oregon is is 100% vote by mail and it works just fine, and it has for years now. Eventually, all the States will likely adopt the same method.

Washington too, works perfectly, and so civilized.

On the other hand, in Georgia, forcing people to stand or hours didn't deter people from voting. So now there is introduced legislation to not allow people to receive "gifts or money" while in line to vote, that includes food and water. Also, eliminating Sunday voting since churches hold large get out the vote church services.... wow.

Republicans don't want vote by mail because it makes it easy to vote. You don't have to take off work to vote, and (R)'s hate that. Voting is such a low impact thing to do that a whole lot of people don't bother, in the sense that one vote one way or another is meaningless. Anything that makes it easier should be encouraged. We should all be given a $25 cash card for voting.
