Paul, OK, ADDING fabs and later phasing out FABS...like IBM I hope. I've got to believe that NSM is doing SOMETHING to bring up yields and capacity...I mean, you'd assume that wouldn't you? I've seen some stupid buyouts in my time like Snapple by Quaker Oats but Halla must have had some idea what was going on at Cyrix before he bought it or maybe I give these high price CEOs more credit than they deserve. MAD, on the other hand, has NO excuse...they just can't yield chips. They need you. Jim
