I guess I don't understand your question. You mean which insiders were sellingback then? It was when C$CO was in the 60's (pre-split). That would equate to the40's post split. They continued selling all the way up to the 80's (pre-split). There were several insiders selling including top management.

Maybe it means something, maybe it doesn't...


Craig, How goes? Regarding your comment about insider selling at CSCO: Remember that management (and non-management) employees get gobs of stock options and must sell periodically to balance their portofolios. Insider selling at Cisco will always occur at opportune moments. I think making buy/sell/short/long decisions solely based upon insider selling will only get you in trouble. But...then, you knew that.
