Careful of the interpretation here.

Mask approval has nothing to do with INK approval.
The Masks do not belong to ZEN. So ZEN will after mouse trials are over (next month)
have the report generated, 30-90 days, and then that report will be submitted to HC requesting PH1 Human trials based on the data in the report.
PH1 Human trials will test the INK on (I would presume) many on more than just a Trebor HC approved mask
The PH1 trial will take 60-90 days minimum with another report generated with the findings which will be sent to HC for approval for PH2 trials.

So lets say optimistically that ZEN gets the report into HC by 1 April which I would doubt at this point, and HC takes 60 days to review and approve a PH1 trial.
That puts PH1 starting 1 Jun and going for 3 months minimum. So that puts the trial done by 1 September with a 30-90 day time added for generating the results of the PH1 trial. That puts the report into HC by 1 December, If HC takes 60 days to approve a PH2 then that is 1 Feb 2022 for PH2 Approval, but wait, there is more.....
Now you have to enroll humans that have a specific qualification. So for instance Asthma people? No Asthma? Enrollment for a PH2 generally takes 90-120 days. That puts the start of PH2 May 2022

PH2 is 6 months long and could be a year. So end of 2022 or worse case spring of 2023. But wait, there is more. Now a report has to be generated on the PH2 and thats a lengthy one, so add in 90 days. Now you are April 2023 or worse case September 2023.
Now you get to do PH3 trials.........see the issue, and do you see why I am short?

HVAC
So, according to the post above, you do not need Trials or HC approval? Which is a bit strange because HVAC is the Air that feeds the "office building" that the people breathe? So I would doubt that is true, in fact, my bet is the trial above can be used for HVAC, but not until its completed and the PH3 trial approved by HC.
