What makes legal votes "unfair"?

Here we go again.

Improving election infrastructure ????
Attracting new voters ????
Making voting easier ????
Explaining to people their voting rights ????

Why it's unfair?

Oh, Yeah, finally I got it.
Here is the point.

Principally, the injection of $400 Million of private money distributed to predominantly Democrat strongholds designed to disproportionately encourage voting by Democrats while not encouraging voting by Republicans.
So, getting new voters in a few inner cities who mostly will vote Democratic is unfair???
In other words, when black people vote, it's unfair.

Finally, I got your point right.
Thank you.

Let's assume everything you claim is true. It sounds like the old practice of "get out the vote" that is done by the parties on a routine basis. Do you find those activities nefarious?

At least you have gotten away from fraudulent voting. Progress. Baby steps, but progress.
