My guess, with .06 eps, current prices would give a PE of only 5. Add in the approximate 2MM profits that Myriad had last year and current contracts, perhaps it deserves a higher PE. If you take an industry average of around 20 it looks better. The audit will hopefully provide some needed answers. Jin.

<<IF IT IS .06, WHAT IS THE PROPERLY VALUED SHARE PRICE?>>

The value of the share price is what people are willing to pay for it. The is no magical multiple. People with big bucks will not want this stock. They will only invest with people they can trust.

WDC, a disk drive maker, has a multiple of 5. This would be max for FAMH. Max. value for FAMH = 5 x .06 = .30. Of course, it could go lower.

Anyone want to make any predictions? I would guess that the multiple will be 3. So, after financials we will probably have bid = .17, ask = .19, if the EPS is still as high as .06.

Will this give you enough money for new sneakers?
