"neutral with uranium"... as long as you leave it in the ground where it is now. Try mining something that has a bit of uranium or thorium as a contaminant or a potential byproduct and see how long they stay neutral ? In Canada you have to go out of your way to NOT mine uranium... when, really, they should be pioneering self powering mines...

Canada's old U mines don't really glow in the dark... but, the early days were pretty fast and loose... and I doubt Canada will let that happen again...but you have to admire how Canadians are conflicted when they are. Not that we have any similar issues in the states ? Hey. It seemed like a good idea at the time...
