My "money mind' is to look at many stocks like your a buyer at the local 'Flea Market'. I want to always buy a bargain that has a hidden GEM inside :) Interesting that not many of the value investors look to hold their stock assets more than a year to get into the lower Capital Gains tax rate. Does that mean that full value is achieved in Days or Weeks now? Efficient Market Theory? Graham generally found 18 months to be his typical holding period for the market to price at full fair value.
