Based on today's close of 56 1/4, QCOM has finally overcome just about every technical hurdle; on a chart basis (ear;y and will know more this evening). It was a good rally on strong vol. I expect follow thru, if and this is a caveat, Asia continues to rally and Clinton zipper stay's in the up direction.

Yeah that European standard really affected things......................
