No, I don't recall. When I go home this evening I will check my notes (I have an extensive file on CYMI), but I don't think anyone focussed specifically on the number of DUV steppers installed in fabs. From what I remember, Deanha was very interested in trying to figure out demand for (laser) units and then segregate this according to immediate needs versus inventory building. Regardless of what you think of the guy, he is a decent analyst. Unfortunately, we may not get to see all of his analysis only the upgrade/downgrade. Off topic, with companies like CYMI out there who's recommending Micron these days. From what I've read, even with the slowing of added capacity in Asia, it'll be years before there is any appreciable effect on DRAM pricing.
