discounts to book value are nice but did you now say that alby was selling at book?
re the article on malls. I cant say that i am too surprised nevertheless the latest earnings projections i saw for
macerich were for profits of over $2 in both 2021 and 2022 . I am not smart enough to say thats accurate or not but thats what the street forecasts are. I know that once I am vaccinated I will feel more comfortable going into stores and dining in restaurants
and look forward to going to see movies again on a big screen.

ALBY. Yes, I see. Most bank stocks I am following were selling below stated book value. I didn't see any special reason why I would want to add ALBY.

These stocks have moved up closer to book value as well. Not with as dramatic a move as ALBY though.

SURG: My newest penny stock, fwiw. Maybe it can double by year-end. -g-
No claim by me that it's a value stock.

If it doubles by year-end, I'll buy pizza for all Value Investor posters here. Let's see, that might be about 20 of us, 2 slices per = 5 pizzas at ~$18 each = $90. I could afford it on the stock gain - but not by much. -g-
