Dear SC: Here is why that cannot be done. TPRO had taken the position of filing a form 8-k with the SEC on each and every press release. Such form means the press release is a materially important event. To merely reiterate a former press release would not in my judgement be a materially important event not already known by the public. On the other hand, should they stop filing 8-k's on press releases after having established the precedent for so long either the event would be seen as immaterial or even worse hype. So I do not see them reissuing any of the latest press release. This is not too bad IMHO because over the next few weeks they will have operating results, forums attended, and hopefully NMS status to discuss. Anything to get the companies name in the public eye is ok with me. This last price action has proven to me the company is an unknown. JDN

...it would seem appropriate to put out a detailed press release ... every 3-4 days or so.

I still think it is best to wait for TAVA to become official before any PR "blitz."

First the NMS and name change announcement, which will cause the TAVA name to pass in front of many new eyes.

Then let TAVA get all the PR.
