Trader, thankyou for your kind words. It is tough trying to get people to comment on this companies technology, and their potential market acceptance. All I seem to find are people that want to focus on their bulletin board status and have nothing whatsoever to contribute but criticism and subjective conjecture.

Trader, I have received today the following email message from a person that saw my post about FTRK's space scanner being a possible solution to the current dilemma faced at EchoStar. I thought you might find it helpful, and it is nice to finally find someone who is interested in discussing their technology, instead of going off on a rant about their stock; enjoy.

Alexx,
I notice your recent post on the SI Echostar thread. You cite
the recent news about the Lockheed deal, and then proceed to
refer to FutureTrak's system as a "solution to the multiple
dish problem". Your remark is technically correct. However, the
micro planer in conjunction with the space scanner is far
too costly to solve problems for a residential (household)
consumer, which is Echostar's target market.

2 conventional 18" dishes = about $150.00
1 micro planer = $300.00
1 space scanner = at least several thousand

In other words, the cost is prohibitive.

I mention this because I was interested in such an application,
and checked into it.

While FutureTrak's products are fine improvements, more
aesthetically appealing, and definitely state of the art, they
won't appeal to the average DTH consumer base.

All things aside, it looks like the stock value is beginning to
improve. This Co. has promise, and should do well.
