SOHOb and FSP great calls. i got some FSP but I was not nimble enough the the stock price quickly got away from me. one day it seemed like it was $4.20 and the next $4.90. Starwood is now close to pre-coivid levels and NRZ-a getting close to par. I am not sure why NRZ is not moving up with the rest of mortgage lenders. Always surprising to me when that doesnt happen. Like CTT not participating enough with lumber pricing soaring. I pared some of my starwood position and put most of the proceeds into GOOGL and a little more into EBIX. The valuation is just too compelling to ignore. I will accept the possibility that i could get burned here. anyone know why LUMN is soaring today? .
