Rob, To further clarify the margin/ NMS issue: NMS stocks are marginable by fact of their NMS status. Other OTC stocks need to receive approval from the Federal Reserve Board to allow margin to be extended. The FRB issues a quarterly list with all OTC Marginable securities. We have already been told that TPRO will be on this list to be published between Feb 4-9. This does not mean that TPRO will become part of the National Market System. NASD needs to approve of this separately. I'm sure one will lead to the other.

Since the FRB has already approved TPRO for margin, and have informed brokers that it will be on the February list, Brokers are allowed to start issuing margin now. It appears that many would rather wait till Feb. 4-9 before they extend this and tell their clients that they are waiting for the list to be published.

So the list will confirm that TPRO is approved for margin and then we have to await a second announcement that TPRO has been moved to NMS. Both announcements should have positive affect on the stock.
