That was when he sued Intel Corp. and turned what should have been a federal case into a state case. That is because the Fed under Bouche 2001-2009 was giving Intel a free pass. Justice delayed is Justice denied. Cuomo (sp?) is flawed, but he didn't rape any of those women. Bitches can be cruel. Maybe just because he is big and Fugly. If he were younger and handsome or maybe a lizbo woman they might have jumped in bed, who knows. I don't know and I don't care.

"The only one who benefitted from the consortium was Cuomo himself."...you might want to take a closer at the truth of that statement. "using the same strongarm tactics that he is using today" Yes, law enforcement requires strong arms. And, yes, criminals fear law enforcement tactics.
